Visiting Speaker Series features U of M expert

The U of M’s Svjetlana Madzar, Ph.D., recently spoke at 3M’s headquarters about leading global teams.
Madzar is a senior lecturer in the strategic management and entrepreneurship department at the U of M’s Carlson School of Management. During the session, Madzar detailed some of the challenges of teamwork across borders, cultures, and other barriers, and she provided recommendations for building more effective global teams.
The event was part of the 3M Carlson Club Visiting Speaker Series.
